Puerta San Pedro Hotel - Tlaquepaque

The staff made our family feel at home, always available and eager to assist, especially during breakfast when they provided a good array of local flavors.

The air conditioning struggled, leaving the room warmer than expected , uncomfortable given the outside heat.

What a good stay, nothing to complain about. Fairly clean hotel, attentive staff & particularly good and perfect location in a residential type area. Quiet rooms with flat-screen television, a safe box and a writing table. Location close enough to main shops and restaurants in Telaqapaqe, El Centro/Downtown, and the plaza. A short way from a national museum.

The hotel is charming with beautiful decor and an very nice rooftop breakfast, but our room had persistent humidity issues. A cozy place for experiencing local culture.

The cozy garden setting was refreshing, and the comfortable beds. The location's proximity to local shops was a major plus!

The staff were really nice too change my room away from humidity and mosquitoes. The beds were clean and comfy, and breakfast was excellent. I couldn't recommend this enough for its caring staff and location close to downtown.

I had such high hopes for puerte san pedro, but alas, the room was dirty and the towels looked like cleaning rags. I was practically begging for a complimentary upgrade, but they ignored my plight. How dare they! The pool was more like a neglected puddle too. Almost gave a great review, but just couldn't muster it!

Cozy hotel, amazing breakfast, pleasing staff.

The staff was kind, going out of their way to assist us . The breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious options each morning. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk.

My wife says that the rooms could use more thorough cleaning.

The location is just a five-minute walk from the city center. The room was comfortable, and overall, the staff were polite and professional.

The check-in process was awkward.

Stayed in the Small Twin Room for 2 nights. The second room was way better on the third floor-no humidity or mosquitoes! Beds were super comfy and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were really helpful. Worth it for the breakfast and cozy vibes!
